Why go
Fontana Vecchia is the public village tap on the other side of San Pietro church, towards the houses, roughly 50 to 100 metres from the church. This is the point to distinguish from the tap at the vasca: the vasca is the old washhouse, while Fontana Vecchia is the separate public water point.
Do not confuse the two taps
The vasca has its own tap beside the former lavatoio. Fontana Vecchia is the other public tap, on the opposite side of the church. Fontana Gilenta is different again: it is the mountain spring on the Valle del Verde route, not a point in the village.
